Hello all! Just wanted to share my sons first birthday party. We had so much fun! :)
The picture above was our food table. It actually turned out better than I had planned, thanks to the help of my best friend! We had all of the food labeled with Dr Seuss style names. you'll see that later in the blog :)
This was our AMAZING cake. It turned out great, and it topped off the party. I made the thing 1 and 2 cupcakes, though.
We named the fruit "Brown bar ba loot truffula fruit. definitely a big hit!
Beezlenut splash and pink ink yink drink (found these on pinterest so credit to whoever gave me this great idea!)
One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish! This was suppose to be sweedish fish, but I thought the kids would like goldfish better (or..their parents would like goldfish better ;) ) Add the fish bowl and net and it fit in perfectly.
Truffula tree seeds and cheese tree. I wonder if Dr Seuss made up the names in his books JUST for us parents to be able to name our foods silly things?? :)
Of course, its not a Dr Seuss party without Hop on Pop Popcorn!

We also had Dr Seuss quotes that I typed up, in Dr Seuss font, that we posted around the room. Thats what on the cup.

And last, but not least, the book signing! I got the quote off of google somewhere. I typed up the saying in Dr Seuss font, got some pretty yellow paper, and posted some Dr Seuss characters on the page. It looked great! It says,

This party was all I have ever imagined, and more. We had a blast! Our baby boy is finally ONE and we cant believe it.
Heres our big 1 year old on his actual birthday!
